Silver Summit Villa's 4,000 square foot spacious two level get-away is the perfect spot for your next vacation, honeymoon, reunion or retreat. The Villa, located just 1/2 mile from Starkey's Marina, boasts a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. A peaceful wooded area (great for walks, picnics or just relaxing) can be found right outside the door.

Inside, Silver Summit Villa has a spacious living area with a functioning fireplace flanked by windows holding a beautiful view of the Villa and Beaver Lake. Comfort is priority one! Spend time lounging or napping by the fireplace or take a stroll out onto the deck right outside the living room. Inside or out, your experience will be breathtaking!

A game room can be found on the lower level. This room houses a pool table, entertainment area and a bar. Adjacent to this room is a family room featuring a 50'' flat screen TV with home theater surround sound (DVD/VCR included), and another wood burning fireplace. This Eureka vacation home offers plenty of space for entertaining friends or spending quality time with your family.

A get-away that provides restful comfort in its sleeping areas. The Master (honeymoon) Suite is to be envied. A king size mountain lodge leather bed is the center of attention accented with a chair and ottoman for relaxing. The room also hosts a beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub for two with mood lighting, and separate deluxe shower with 4 heads. Two additional bedrooms are available-one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. Both rooms are fully outfitted to provide you with a good night's rest.

To add to the beauty of this luxury Villa is a gourmet kitchen with a dining room. Features in this room include granite tile counter tops, butcher block island, six burner commercial stove, extra large refrigerator, as well as a convection double oven.

Spend romantic evenings taking in the beautiful sunsets from the screened in porch or outside on the deck. Anywhere you choose to be-inside or out-you will never forget your experience.

Silver Summit Villa is located at the clear waters of Beaver Lake, Northwest Arkansas. Not only can one find great Striper fishing here, but scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing and boating as well. The Villa is also only a short 14 miles from Eureka Springs for those who like shopping, sight-seeing and local shows. For the more adventurous, White River is located only 3 1/2 miles away and provides Trout fishing, canoeing and kayaking. No matter what your pleasure you are sure to find it here.
